Analysis of problems related to the production process and development of solution proposals
Development of packaging/logistics processes
Ensuring high-efficiency, high-quality and low-cost production
Development of packaging/logistics process technology
Improving automation technology and process control standards
Normalize and standardize custom requirements, clarify and confirm customer's differentiated custom requirements, and implement E2E manufacturing custom solutions in a timely manner
Packaging/logistics technology design and research, organizing digitalization, improving processes
Bachelor's degree in engineering
At least 1 year of experience working in electronics manufacture
Good written and verbal communication in English
Expertise in packaging technology/logistics
Understanding the configuration of the final assembly product
Knowledge of PTO/ATO manufacturing and processing methods and the make-to-order process
Excellent communication, organizational and coordination skills
